Essex 11+ Maths Practice — Terms of Service

Essex 11+ Maths Practice is intended for children preparing for the CSSE 11+ maths entrance exam, used under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Accounts must be created and held by a parent or guardian, who must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child who will use it, that the information provided is accurate, and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy on the child's behalf. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the service and for keeping account details secure.

Essex 11+ Maths Practice provides original practice questions and mock exam papers, written in the style of the CSSE 11+ maths entrance exam, along with progress tracking and worked solutions.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Consortium of Selective Schools in Essex (CSSE), or any school or exam board. All questions on this site are independently written by us. None are taken from real exam papers, and none are officially endorsed by CSSE or any member school.

Essex 11+ Maths Practice is a practice and revision tool. While we aim to provide high-quality, realistic practice material, we cannot and do not guarantee that using the service will result in any particular exam outcome, grade, or school place. Exam success depends on many factors outside our control.

We currently offer:

• A Free plan with limited access to practice content
• A Monthly subscription at £6.99/month, giving full access while active
• A Lifetime plan at a one-time payment of £38.99, giving permanent full access

Prices may change from time to time. If they do, existing subscribers will be given reasonable notice before any change takes effect on their subscription.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us, via Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Profile page. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

If you're not happy with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of a Monthly or Lifetime purchase, no questions asked — contact huzefa.rash@gmail.com. After this 14-day period, Monthly payments already made are non-refundable (though the subscription can still be cancelled to stop future charges), and Lifetime purchases are a final sale.

You agree not to:

• share an account with people outside your household
• attempt to access another user's data or account
• copy, redistribute, resell, or publish our questions or content elsewhere
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our question bank
• use the service in any way that disrupts or harms it for other users

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

All questions, mock papers, explanations, and other material on Essex 11+ Maths Practice are our own original content and are protected by copyright. They may be used for personal, non-commercial revision purposes only.

Any question that seems wrong can be flagged directly from the question itself. We review reports and correct genuine errors as quickly as we can, but don't guarantee every question is error-free at all times.

We aim to keep Essex 11+ Maths Practice available and working properly, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may need to be taken down temporarily for maintenance or updates.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

An account can be deleted at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let users know by email or via a notice on the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
